INFLUENCER DATA
Within the Websites, you may join our influencer network (“The Sway”) to be considered as a publisher for opportunities to create sponsored content on behalf of our brand partners. In order to join The Sway, you will provide personal information to us. Upon acceptance into The Sway, you will sign a contract and agree to our terms. The Sway is open to residents of the United States and Canada. For purposes of GDPR, The Sway is not open to those in the EU and no personal information from those in the EU will be stored by The Sway.

ANONYMOUS DATA

From time to time, we may use anonymous data, which does not identify you alone, or when combined with data from other parties. This type of anonymous data may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. Examples of this anonymous data may include analytics or information collected from cookies.
